Stay in Shape & Live a Healthy Lifestyle From Home

Quarantine made it hard for many to maintain a healthy lifestyle and keep up with their fitness. Even to stay motivated for that matter. I was fortunate enough to have an at-home gym where I could complete workouts daily and switch things up. With a lot of spare time on my hands, I decided to make my own small video of me working out which you can watch below. It was just for fun and to try it out. Also, I was able to try out some new exercises I haven’t done before. It was a good way kill some time, as well as, keep up the healthy lifestyle that I want to have. The video I shared shows lots of equipment workouts. However, I realize that this isn’t the case for everyone. That is why I’m sharing a couple of my favorite YouTubers to help others stay in shape throughout this weird time.

FREE Workouts

Chloe Ting and MadFit are two of my favorite YouTubers. They’re both very popular and cool YouTubers. They have a wide range of workout videos for people to do at home with or without equipment. I’ve attached a link to both of their YouTube channels in this post. They have workout videos ranging from HIIT, abs, full body workouts, butt workouts and many more. Additionally, they have workouts ranging from 2 minutes all the way to 35+ minutes.

Motivation

Easy(ish) Start

Firstly, I want to say that staying motivated is one of the hardest things to do at times. Especially when you feel like you don’t have many options when it comes to working out. One thing I like most about the YouTube channels I provided is that their workouts are FUN. They switch things up a lot and provide different exercises that you don’t usually see. Plus, they’re great starts for people who are just starting to workout again. As hard as it sounds, all it takes is a little push to get motivated.

GET GOING!

If you’re still struggling to find some motivation, find a friend who will workout with you. If that’s not enough, find multiple friends who will push you to get up and get active. Once you get going, everything else will become that much easier. But, don’t be too hard on yourself. Take your journey to getting in shape day by day and the rest will follow!
